Inclusivity & Accessibility

Inclusivity
The event will be run under the Profound Decisions code of conduct, as outlined on their wiki here. If before, during or after the event you have concerns or complaints about your treatment by another player, please bring it the attention of one of our I&A representatives (Kayt Armstrong or Matt Lyons). They will make themselves known at the start of the event.

Attendee List
We will publish an IC list of attendees, which we will periodically update. If someone joins the event that would mean you no longer wish to attend, please let us know and we will provide you with a full refund.

Children
Seven Hours follows the same guidelines for children, parents and carers as are detailed on the Profound Decisions wiki which can be found here. If you have any concerns or queries please contact us.

There are strict age restrictions for attendance to the Sunday bath house, put in place by the venue. Unfortunately we will not be able to permit children to attend this section of the game.

Accessibility
We are committed to making our events as accessible as possible and recognise that every attendees circumstances and requirements will be unique. For any questions about venue accessibility of facilities, please get in touch and we will endeavour to help as much as possible.

We recognise that both venues could pose accessibility problems – in particular Harrogate Steam Baths. We would urge attendees to check both venues have facilities suitable for their specific needs by checking the details on their websites:
